Learn more about Marc
Marc first started playing football at the age of 6. He played the sport until the age of 17, playing for the Fribourg national team up to the Under-16 level.
At the age of 13, he discovered freestyle football and began trying his hand at juggling and a few moves. However, because of the time invested in football, he was unable to devote 100% of his time to it. It was after giving up football at the age of 17 that Marc began freestyle football in earnest. The freedom and creativity associated with the sport created a real passion for Marc. A few years later, in 2018, he joined the Swiss freestyle football team Urban Level.
In 2018, Marc took part in his first international competitions, including the European Championships in Berlin. But it was in 2019 that his efforts and perseverance paid off. Competing for the first time in the Open World Championships in Prague (Superball), he finished in the world's top 64. A few weeks later, he was crowned Swiss freestyle football champion for the first time. With this title, he was given the chance to represent Switzerland at the RedBull Street Style World Championships in Miami in 2019.
Marc's efforts will continue in 2021. He became the country's most successful Swiss freestyler, winning the Swiss championship title for the second time in September 2021. A few days later, one of his dreams became reality.
He qualified from a total of 2,500 participants for the RedBull Street Style world top 16, which took place in Valencia in November 2021.
In 2022, an operation on his shoulder unfortunately halted his progress for 4 months, and he was unable to take part in the world and Swiss championships.
In 2023, Marc once again qualified among the world's top 16 freestylers at the Superball and became Swiss champion for third time.
In 2024, Marc embarked on his first circus experience, and not the least. He did the entire tour of Circus Knie, the Swiss national circus. He also became Swiss champion for the 3rd time in July.
In 2025, he won the Swiss title again and became Swiss champion for the 4th time.
With his years of experience, Marc has been able to demonstrate his professionalism at a multitude of events across Switzerland. He has worked with UEFA, the Olympic Museum, Swiss Olympic and many other partners.
