CONDITIONS AND PAYMENT
SUBSCRIPTIONS
The various subscriptions are nominative and non-transferable. It is possible to put your subscription on hold during a trip (from 1 month of travel), or following an accident upon presentation of a medical certificate.
The maximum pause period for a subscription is 30 days. In addition, the days when the Freestyle Academy closes or has to cancel a course are carried over to your subscriptions,
The exceptional request for modification of the duration of the subscription must be made in writing to the email address: marc3style@gmail.com at the beginning of the medical certificate. The Freestyle Academy refuses the right to extend if the announcement has not been made within the first week of the illness/accident.
RESPONSIBILITY
Everyone trains under their own responsibility. The Freestyle Academy declines all responsibility in the event of injury occurring during a course, as well as theft, material damage or loss occurring within its premises.
HEALTH
Each participant is required to inform the teacher if their health situation changes (injury, illness, pregnancy, etc.).
SCHEDULES
The Freestyle Academy reserves the right to modify schedules and appointments.
Any changes will be communicated as soon as possible.
PAYMENT/REFUND TERMS
Subscriptions are payable in cash or by bank transfer within 10 days of the first class. Payment for subscriptions can be made in 3 or 4 separate payments.
Any other course is payable on site, in cash or by TWINT before the lesson: 079 510 91 52 for payment via Twint
